Our room rates range from season to season:
Relaxed Season $99-$199, Summer $109-$199, Winter $99-$239 and Foliage Season $160-$265
A full cook-to-order country breakfast and afternoon refreshments are always included.
Rates are per room, double occupancy and are subject to 9% NH lodging tax.

Reservation Information

Reservations may be made from 9:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Time seven days a week by calling 800-866-4704. If you prefer, you may e-mail your request or make a reservation on-line. Please be advised that we require a two-night minimum reservation on most weekends and during fall foliage.

A deposit of one night is required to confirm your reservation. Stays of 3 nights or more require a 50% deposit.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and personal checks as payment for your lodging with us.

Should you have to cancel your reservation, you must do so directly with the innkeepers via telephone. Your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room, if we receive notice of your cancellation at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice will only be refunded if we are able to resell the room for the entire reserved period.  The $25.00 cancellation fee will still apply. Guests who cancel all or part of their reservation with less than 48 hours notice will be financially responsible for the entire reserved period.  Please be advised that no refund can be made for late arrivals or early departures.  (During fall foliage it is a 30 day notice and a $30.00 cancellation fee.)

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and once booked our normal reservation cancellation policy applies.

Some Additional Information For Our Guests

Guests may check-in any time between 3:00PM and 8:00PM, however special arrangements may be made for late arrivals. Sadly, we must say goodbye to you on your check-out day no later than 11:00AM.

We serve breakfast between 8:00 and 9:00, 9:30 on weekends with early coffee served at 7:30.  If you need an earlier breakfast let us know and we will try and accommodate you.

Gift certificates for a stay at the Cabernet Inn make a thoughtful gift in any season for any reason. They are now conveniently  available on-line, by telephone or at the Inn.

Gluten Free and Lactose Free foods are available with advanced notice.

The Cabernet Inn welcomes children over the age of twelve.

Storage for skis, bikes, climbing equipment, etc. is available on the premises.

We have an ADA compliant handicap accessible room and parking.

Wireless Internet service is available to our guests upon request.

The Cabernet Inn is a completely non-smoking Inn. We continually receive comments from our guests regarding the cleanliness and freshness of our guestrooms and public areas.  Please respect our no smoking policy.

At the request of our guests who visit us to "get away from it all", our guest rooms are not furnished with televisions. However, our downstairs living room is furnished with a large cable television, DVD/VCR, and movies.

For your convenience we have a small wet bar in our gathering room.  This features a small refrigerator, glasses, ice buckets, and some utensils (corkscrew, bottle opener).
