We are please to offer, the former cottage to the landmark Intervale House, for your exclusive rental. Enjoy the amazing views of Mt Washington & Cathedral Ledge, the rolling fields, trails directly out your door step, the Saco River, 12 incredibly cozy guests rooms all with private bath and several with fireplaces and private jacuzzi tubs, several gathering areas, piano, game room, fire pit, fire places, hot tub and chef’s kitchen.

When the entire Inn is not booked, will will still offer mid week, and non peak rentals of private rooms under a slightly different model. For a link to our individual Rooms listings, please visit. We will only offer up to 3 rooms under this arrangement at the same time, so you will have most of the inn to yourself.

Cabernet Inn – Covid-19 Safety Measures
For everyone’s health and safety, enhancements are being made throughout the property to help ensure a clean and safe stay as we adjust to living with COVID-19.
We want you to feel safe from check-in to check-out, and everywhere in between. We are using products and guidelines approved by the CDC and EPA We have received additional and on-going cleanliness training from our local hospital.
Between each rental of the property, all surfaces and highly touched areas will be disinfected, by using a special fogging machine throughout the house, followed by our normal cleaning procedures.
We ask that you do not visit us if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 listed below:
◦ Have you been in close contact with a Confirmed case of COVID-19?
◦ Have you had a fever or felt feverish in the last 72 hours?
◦ Are you experiencing any respiratory symptoms including a runny nose, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?
◦ Are you experiencing any new muscle aches or chills?
◦ Have you experienced any new changes in your sense of taste or smell?
